The rest of the presentation keeps things fairly simple. Roman-inspired symbols fill the reels, including helmets, sandals, chariots, grapes, and a marble bust. The Colosseum acts as the Wild symbol and is one of the more recognisable icons on the screen. 

Nothing here feels overdesigned. The theme is clear, the symbols are easy to distinguish, and the feature symbols stand out immediately when they appear. 

The payout values below are based on a 1x total bet. 

The Wild symbol substitutes for all regular symbols but does not substitute for Bonus Symbols. It can also form winning combinations by itself. 

Power Combo Bonus Game 

The entire feature system revolves around the three Bonus Symbols. Each one is linked to a specific gladiator and a specific feature. During the base game, Bonus Symbols can be collected, and the combination collected on the triggering spin determines which features will be active during the bonus round. 

The Power Combo Bonus Game begins with 3 spins. Only Bonus Prize Symbols, Bonus Symbols, Jackpot Gem Symbols, and blank positions appear on the reels. Whenever at least one symbol lands, the spin counter resets back to 3. 

Bonus Prize Symbols remain locked in place for the duration of the feature, while Bonus Symbols and Jackpot Gem Symbols disappear after applying their effects. 

Prize Booster Feature 

The blue Bonus Symbol activates Prize Booster. When triggered during the bonus round, all Bonus Prize values currently visible on the reels receive an upgrade. The increase can range from 0.25x up to 5x the total bet. 

If multiple features are active together, Prize Booster is always applied first. 

Extra Collect Feature 

The red Bonus Symbol activates Extra Collect. This feature gathers all Bonus Prize values currently displayed on the board and adds them directly to the win total. 

An interesting detail here is that the prize symbols remain on the reels afterwards, meaning they can still contribute again when the Power Combo Bonus Game finishes. 

When several features are active together, Extra Collect activates after Prize Booster but before Instant Jackpot. 

Instant Jackpot Feature 

The gold Bonus Symbol activates Instant Jackpot. Rather than collecting prize values, this feature immediately completes one of the available jackpots and awards it instantly. 

If multiple features appear together, Instant Jackpot activates after the other active features have already been processed. 

Jackpot Gems 

Four jackpot levels are available during the Power Combo Bonus Game: 

• Mini Jackpot: 10x bet 
• Minor Jackpot: 20x bet 
• Major Jackpot: 200x bet 
• Mega Jackpot: 5000x bet 

Jackpot Gem Symbols can appear during the bonus feature and are added to their respective jackpot collections. Landing three matching Jackpot Gem Symbols awards the associated jackpot. The Mini, Minor, and Major jackpots can be won multiple times during a single feature, while the Mega Jackpot can only be awarded once. 

Rage of Rome Power Combo uses a traditional 5x3 reel layout with 20 fixed paylines. Winning combinations are formed by landing matching symbols on adjacent reels from left to right, beginning on the first reel. Only the highest paying win is awarded per payline. 

The base game follows standard payline mechanics, but the bonus system introduces a separate reel set used exclusively during the Power Combo Bonus Game. Once active, locked prize symbols, jackpot collections, and feature combinations become the main focus. 

What stood out to us was how much the triggering combination matters. A bonus round with one active feature behaves very differently from one containing two or three features working together. Because the features activate in a specific order, there is a genuine sense of progression whenever multiple Bonus Symbols are involved.

Rage of Rome Power Combo keeps its structure fairly straightforward, but the way the bonus features interact gives the game its personality. We found ourselves watching the Bonus Symbols more closely than the standard wins because they determine how much activity will take place once the feature starts. 

The three-feature system works well because each modifier serves a different purpose. Prize Booster increases values, Extra Collect pays them immediately, and Instant Jackpot adds another route to larger rewards. Since all three can operate together, bonus rounds rarely feel exactly the same. 

We also thought the theme and features worked well together. The gladiators are not simply there for decoration, they help explain the feature system, which makes the game easier to follow as the bonus mechanics start interacting with one another.
